This is how I eat my pizza:
Pepperoni Pizza
Ingredients:
1 13" uncooked dough crust
1/2 cup tomato sauce
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
extra virgin olive oil
thin pepperoni slices
Preparation:
Top dough crust with sauce and cheese. Drizzle with oil.
Bake in preheated 500° F oven on pizza stone for 8-10 minutes
or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven, add pepperoni slices and cool on a wire rack
for 2-3 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.

I read an interesting story today about the Northeast Pizza Expo.
Every year, they sponser a competition for the most innovative
pizza.
Goodfella's Pizza, a
two-store chain in New York, has won
two years running. Last year's winner was lobster bisque pizza;
this year's was Four P's, the P's standing for portobellos, porcinis,
roasted peppers and polenta. Goodfella's also pioneered pizza
with vodka cream sauce.
According to Regi Hise, a cheese industry consultant,
Americans eat 125 acres of pizza a day! Personally, I'm just
wondering
where you get a job like that...
